Shipping and Return Policy

Disclosures: Global Jet Club prides itself in providing a quality product delivered to customers on time. Due to the popularity of certain products, we can not guarantee that each item you have ordered will be in stock. If any items you ordered are not in stock, Global Jet Club will inform you immediately. Certain items such as kits and engines must be ordered directly. *ALL KIT SALES ARE FINAL.

Please understand that a high performance electric or turbine powered jet, even in the ARF format, is a complex project to properly assemble, install equipment, and safely operate.  The purchaser and/or a close experienced modeler associate must have the necessary experience.  The ability to touch-up paint with an airbrush should also be part of that experience.

If you find a quality control issue with a Global Jet Club product or accessory you purchased, please inform us by phone.  It is understandable that human errors in Q.C. and handling can occur.  Global Jet Club's policy is to address each issue on a case by case basis and ensure customer satisfaction. * COMMUNICATE TO PREVENT BEING FRUSTRATED

Return Policy:  Any returns must be authorized by Global Jet Club prior to shipping.  A 15% restocking charge applies. Returned items are for store credit only and must be received by Global Jet Club in original condition within 30 days of the date of delivery and include a Global Jet Club return authorization number.

Payment Methods: Global Jet Club accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. Your credit card information is only collected by Shopify or PayPal. Your credit card will be charged when you submit your order and balances due for Internationally shipped items when they are ready to ship

Shipping Charges:  Shipping charges will vary. Global Jet Club uses UPS, BAX Global, DHL, the U.S. Postal Service, and Team Air. If your order requires a larger size box (for multiple items) or is heavier than average, you will be charged accordingly. Normal shipping charges range from $9.00 - $15.00 (for small orders). Please note that overnight, 2-day and 3-day services incur higher shipping charges. All UPS and US Postal Service charges are calculated with a live shipping program with exact pricing.

Tax: All California residents will have the 8% sales tax calculated into their order.

Shipping time: All orders will be processed the following business day (western time zone). For example, if you order Monday, it will be shipped out on Tuesday (if items are in stock).

Be certain of the airplane number (which describes the paint scheme) and accessories with the appropriate part number before placing your order.

Because each model is painted and equipped to order, it is difficult and costly to change an order.  Appropriate administrative costs may apply.  You may add to the original order at no extra charge.

Reality: The price and products shipped from Asia are very attractive, but to expect perfection at Asian prices is unrealistic. Unlike any other company you can buy from, dealing with Global Jet Club means we act and communicate on your behalf.  We speak their language and can usually resolve any challenges fairly quickly and to everyone's satisfaction.

Global Jet Club does counsel the factories that build these products, but they don't always agree with our guidance, or for whatever reasons, cannot always comply with stringent quality control procedures. Most of the time, most of the customers are satisfied with the value of the product they receive.  The more jet experienced a customer is, the more capable he is of fixing paint flaws or minor shipping damage.

In most cases, the factories have been very obliging in trying to satisfy each customer, but this of course requires extra time, airfreight, and administrative costs.

When you purchase a Skymaster/Xtreme product from Global Jet Club, you know that you are dealing with the most experienced jet dealer in the USA, so, Global Jet Club is your best bet to help resolve problems.  Global Jet Club has contributed design improvements and flight test analysis to Skymaster for the past 15 years and we offer intelligent Pro Build Service upgrades for some of their jets. No other USA dealer has done so or even has the experience to contribute to product improvement.

A 50% Non-Refundable deposit confirms your order.  The balance is due when the order is ready to ship from China to your door.  All Skymaster/Xtreme sales are final.

Delivery & Receipt of Orders: Upon delivery of your order, please inspect package and its contents for damage and accuracy. An invoice listing materials ordered is enclosed for your verification of items ordered, items received and proper quantities. If materials received do not correspond to included invoice, please notify Global Jet Club Customer Service Department within 5 business days. Verification of part numbers is the customer responsibility before installation.

Shipping damages: Please contact Global Jet Club Customer Service and report any damages to your shipment within 5 business days. We will contact the carrier and start a claim on your order. It is important that you keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for the shipping carrier’s inspection.

Freight Truck Damage: Inspect boxes/crates thoroughly before accepting and signing for the delivery. Freight companies will not refund for damaged product after acceptance. It is advised that all items be thoroughly inspected before signing release and the driver leaves. Driver’s are very cooperative and will wait for you to inspect your products. Do not throw away original shipping box and packaging material should a damage claim become necessary.

Truck Freight Guidelines: The consignee (customer) is required to thoroughly inspect the package(s) and their contents before they are signed for or excepted and prior to the delivery driver leaving. Drivers will wait for your inspection. Since “UPS Freight” delivery regulations are different from “UPS Package” regulations, Global Jet Club cannot file any claim ony your behalf after delivery. Customers will be liable for return freight charges and damages found after the package(s) have been accepted for delivery.

Inspections Should Include: Observation of the shipping container and general arriving condition (packaging damages usually transfer to damages on the inside of the box).

  •     Cursory inspection of fuselage, wing, and stabilizer groups.
  •     Note: Global Jet Club also suggests that you remove the protective plastic to aid your inspection.
